Where does it go?
All the fear and anxiety.
The anger and frustration.
The sadness and desperation.
I don’t have any answers for you.
I have the few things I do for myself:
A hot bath with a nourishing mask.
A good book.
A Netflix binge.
Work.
But it’s still there.
Underneath it all.
So where do you put it?
Where is it supposed to go?
Find gratitude for the small things:
Getting help with dinner.
Dancing to a great song.
A long toddler cuddle.
Running in the forest.
But it’s there.
Still.
Forever?
Only tomorrow will tell.
